Graduated from Humber College in the 2 year Creative Photography Course

Humber College Graduate 2010

Well I'm finally finished. Two years of running around taking photo's, doing assignments, finding co-ops, designing my web page and making my portfolio look fabulous is finally over. The two years was the beginning of the rest of my life. Humber college has taught me all I need to know about lighting, posing, editing, designing and selling myself as a photographer. Now it is up to me to put myself out there and make myself and my future business a success. Seyah Photography is my baby and I have been working on it now for the past two years as I was going to school. Now I can throw myself into it full force. The business name has been registered, my website is built and I have just started advertising. I am hoping to learn over the next few years everything that is needed to be an entrepreneur. It will be hard but I am up for the challenge.

Thank you Humber College and all of my professors that encouraged me to succeed. Also thank you to my wonderful family for supporting me the whole way. Two years well worth it. I'll take it from here.

Elements of the World... Creative photography

EARTH

AIR

FIRE

WATER

Earth, Air, Fire, Water

I entered the Adobe competition for 2010 and I decided to make a series. My series is called 'The Elements of the World; Earth, Air, Fire, Water.' I used the same model for each image to show the way Photoshop can change the characteristics of an image in a positive way. The make-up, hair and wardrobe was changed for each image. I used photoshop to change her nail, dress, and eye color in each image to match what the image was representing. I think this project turned out very well.

Photography... Crazy but Cool

Well another wonderful shoot has come and gone. I took my model down to the Redhill Creek in Hamilton where I have done a few of my shoots before. It was freezing but the photo's turned out great. I have been doing a lot of shooting lately for my portfolio and my new website ( http://174.121.31.202/~seya/index2.php). I still have a lot to do. It has been so much fun figuring out where, when and who to shoot. It is also a lot of hard work and very stressful at times. I only have a little less then 3 months of school left before I get my certificate and graduate. I can't wait. Then I am a "Professional Photographer."

If you need some family, engagement or wedding photo's done let me know.
